Important Information - Submissions and Awards Ceremony
Key Reminders
- Submissions are due at 5:00 p.m. Devpost will lock at 5:00 p.m.
- Make your code and video public.
- Make each team member's name and department visible in the video.
- Everyone on your team should be registered on Devpost.
- Make sure you follow all the rules to avoid elimination.
Awards Ceremony Monday 10/27, 12:00 pm. Reitz Ballroom
- At least one person from your team must be present at the Awards Ceremony.
- At the awards ceremony, you must check in by 12:00 p.m. At 12:00 pm, I will run my download of check-ins. If your team is not present at the time of my download, your team will be eliminated.
- You must turn in a project to get a T-shirt.
Judging
- The first round of judging will happen with UF Faculty.
- The second round will be live with IBM Judges.
- At the awards ceremony, I will announce the finalists. Each team that is a finalist will give a 5-minute LIVE pitch and answer questions from the judges. Come prepared! This is your time to shine.
- Judges will place 1st, 2nd, 3rd Places, and the grand prize of the IBM award. The most popular project will also be announced. Most popular is tallied from the votes you received on the devpost.
